The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Montenegro HE Karel Urban and the program director of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights, Ms. Aleksandra Vukčević, discussed together the “Vaclav Havel” award that the YIHR won this year.
The gathering was also attended by representatives of the media from Montenegro, alumni of the School of Political Studies, who were particularly interested in the situation in the Czech Republic.
