Opening ceremony and the first module of the School shall be organized on February 18-20, 2011 in cooperation with NDI, Montenegro.
SDL is the host of the first seminar “Challenges of local democracy on Western Balkan”, of the Regional School of local democracy that shall be organized by Council of Europe with the support of Government of Lichtenstein and Japan. Seminar will take place at the Hotel “Queen of Montenegro” in Becici from February 3-6, 2011. The School participants are from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, and Montenegrin representatives are Ilmira Lika (FORCA), Vladislav Bojovic (SNP), Bojan Zekic (SDP), and Sasa Scekic (Union of Municipalities, Montenegro).
