Besojm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i palejuesh\u00ebm \u00e7far\u00ebdo vet\u00ebvullneti n\u00eb proceset e vendimmarrjes, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb vijn\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e privilegjeve dhe deformimeve burokratike t\u00eb organeve shtet\u00ebrore.
