N\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr shtyp vum\u00eb n\u00eb pah sfidat n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr tortur\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat kryesisht reflektohen n\u00eb zbatimin e standardeve dhe fush\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb mosnd\u00ebshkimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gjithashtu, kemi paraqitur projektin rajonal \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i shoq\u00ebrive pa tortur\u00eb dhe pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebri n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor\u201d t\u00eb cilin do ta realizojm\u00eb gjat\u00eb 30 muajve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me YIHR Serbia, ARCT dhe IRCT me mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. Projekti synon t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebshoq\u00ebri pa tortur\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr tortur\u00ebs dhe trajtimeve apo d\u00ebnimeve mizore, \u00e7njer\u00ebzore ose degraduese dhe promovimin e standardeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00ebOPCAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
